5) Тематика… (роль играет, но не тем тривиальным образом который все вкладывают в данное понятие);
6) Объем не дублированного текста (т.е. объем теста без учётам… меню… виджетов и прочего);
7) Цена ссылки
…. факторов море… это лишь базовые
возраст,
страниц в яндексе от 11, в гугле от 1,
текст на странице желательно от 1000 символов,
наличие страницы в индексе,
количество внешних ссылок,
про ТИЦ и ПР можно и так понятно,
по цене примерно до 5 рублей.

Купить домен в зоне RU - 90 р. (А по акции и дешевле найти можно) Разместить на free-хостинге. Написать текст для главной и разместить три ссылки на свои продвигаемые ресурсы. Выходит ссылка за 30 р. на год с нулевой морды, условиям соответствует.

Есть 100 НЧ запросов, каждая страница оптимизирована по 4 запроса, следовательно на сайте 25 страниц. Возник вопрос: какие ссылки лучше покупать? Кто то говорит, что несколько прямых вхождений, кто то ссылается, что разбавлять надо…
По моим наблюдениям пузомерка сайта играет очень не маловажную роль при продвижении НЧ.
А хорошая перелинковка сайта, с упором на продвигаемые страница, это основа основ.
При условии что есть последние две составляющие, можно и без ссылочного влезть в ТОП. Если видим что надо еще, помогаем ссылочным. У меня в конкурентной тематике, не плохой трафик с НЧ без продвижения вообще. Где то конечно и помогаем, если нужно.
Весьма грамотный и замечу дельный совет.
Есть очень большой сайт - в сумме больше 5 млн. страниц, требуют индексации чуть более 2 млн., остальные не так важны. Существует 9 месяцев, в Гугле было максимум 35000, сейчас 29000. Сайт - каталог определенной продукции (малоконкурентный). Все базовые требования соблюдены - “человеко-понятные” URLы, все titles, describes и keywords разные. По мере возможности сделали разными и страницы продуктов, хотя, конечно, всё делается одним скриптом из БД. При таких объемах достоверно неизвестно, какие страницы Гугл посещал и какие есть в индексе. Хотя гуляет там Гугл в количестве 4-5 ботов постоянно. Сделан динамически генерируемый sitemap.xml в количестве 25000 ссылок на страницы, при каждом заходе гугл получает новый вариант (по идее, рано или поздно должен получить ссылки на все страницы). Находящиеся в индексе страницы успешно генерируют мало-мальский трафик (порядка 100 человек в сутки с 30000 страниц), все запросы - низкочастотные. Другого шанса поднять посещаемость кроме как проиндексировать все страницы у этого сайта нет, высокочастотных запросов на них нет и не будет. Есть же сайты подобных размеров, находящиеся полностью в индексе. Что надо сделать, чтобы гугл проникся и проиндексировал? Я думал поставить побольше ссылок - но ссылки на внутренние страницы ставить смысла нет, их слишком много. Имеет ли смысл навалить кучу ссылок на главную? И хотелось бы услышать другие идеи.
Для индексации большого объёма страниц необходимы 2 условия
1. Вес ресурса.
2. Возраст ресурса.
Но забыл тогда упомянуть ещё одно, возможно самое важное, условие - посещаемость этих страниц. Даже если сайт динамично обрастает ссылками в течении нескольких лет, страницы, на которые ни кто не заходит, будут выплёвываться с индекса.

Цель проекта - получить максимально трафика, гео без разницы, сайт русскоязычный.
Вопрос какую зону домена выбрать?
Не могу определиться между RU и COM.
Домен ру однозначно говорит о том, что сайт на русском языке. Т.е. несет полезную информацию. Домен ком, комуа и прочие не говорят, что сайт на русском. Более того, они намекают на то, что он не на русском. А значит, несут вредную информацию.
Поэтому для сайта на русском языке правильнее будет ру. Большая же часть аудитории сайта на русском языке (если нет какой-то сильно специфической направленности, о чем ТС не заикался) все равно будет из РФ, а не из буржуйнета. Кто же общается, серфит по русскоязычным сайтам так же привык к домену ру, как и пользователь из РФ.
Соответственно, в Гугле большинство пользователей будут пользовать именно Гугл.ру, а не ком — это в случае, если вдруг в коме сайты на русском языке и правда будут отставать, имея ру-зону, а не ком.

Что сделать, чтоб загнать страницу в основной индекс. Обычная страница, уник, с сайта по наружной рекламе, с перечнем услуг. Сайт 14-ть страниц, обычный HTML.
Закупать ссылки на эту страницу? (поможет или нет)
Контент боюсь трогать, т.к. в Яше сайт в топе, как бы оттуда его не выкинуть.
Как обычно, повысить ее значимость в глазах Гугла. А это можно сделать двумя способами, НЕ исключающими друг друга: провести внутреннюю оптимизацию или нагнать “вес” на страницу внешними ссылками. Фактические это и есть продвижение сайта: увеличение значимости его отдельных страниц.

Сегодня мой интернет-магазин каким-то образом попал в ЯК (ссылка в подписи). Все хотят попасть в ЯК, но зачем? Наростить ТИЦ и торговать ссылками на бирже? Это меня пока не интересует. Меня больше интересует посещаемость. Но ведь Як на выдачу в ПС не влияет? Тогда какая польза?
